Hantek DSO-2090

The Hantek DSO-2090 is an inexpensive USB-based oscilloscope. It has 2 channels, an analog bandwidth of 40MHz and 100MS/s sampling rate.

  • 50 MHz oscillator
  • 2 x ISSI IS61LV256 (32K SRAM)
  • 2 x HEF4052B (dual 4-channel analog mux/demux)
  • Cypress CY7C68013a (FX2)
  • Microchip 24LC02B (2K EEPROM for the FX2)
  • Calogic SST5912 (N-Channel Monolithic JFET)
