Hantek DSO-2090

The Hantek DSO-2090 is a USB-based, 2-channel oscilloscope with an analog bandwidth of 40MHz and 100MS/s sampling rate.

See Hantek DSO-2090/Info for more details (such as lsusb -v output) about the device.

For more information about the devices in Hantek's USB oscilloscope series, see Hantek DSO-2xxx/52xx.

Hardware

  • Xilinx XC95288XL CPLD
  • 50 MHz oscillator
  • 2x ISSI IS61LV256 (32K SRAM)
  • 2x HEF4052B (dual 4-channel analog mux/demux)
  • Cypress CY7C68013A (FX2LP)
  • Microchip 24LC02B (2K EEPROM for the FX2LP)
  • Calogic SST5912 (N-Channel Monolithic JFET)

Input stage:

Per channel:

  • HEF4052B (dual 4-channel analog mux/demux)
  • Calogic SST5912 (N-Channel Monolithic JFET)
  • 3x Forward Relay PL-5 (relays)
