The PeakTech 3410 is a 4000 counts, CAT II (1000V) handheld digital multimeter with RS232 connectivity.
This is a rebadged Metex ME-31.
Note: This device should not be confused with another (more recent) multimeter from PeakTech which is also named PeakTech 3410.
