The Hameg HO730 is a communication interface for Hameg test and measurement equipment. It provides both Ethernet 10/100 (RJ-45) and USB 2.0 (device, B) connections. The vendor states that the interface can be used with scope models in the HM, HMF, HMO, HMP, and HMS series.
Hardware
For Ethernet the module uses an eZ80 chip (Z80 CPU core, with some degree of hardware support for network communication) and a Micrel PHY.
For USB the module uses an FTDI FT245 chip.
