Distribution packages and binaries

Build requirements

- gcc (>= 4.0)
- autoconf >= 2.63

- This is part of the standard OpenBSD install (not an extra package), apparently.
- libglib >= 2.28.0
- libusb-1.0

libsigrokdecode
