The Link Instruments LA-5580 is a USB-based, 80-channel logic analyzer with up to 500MHz samplerate.
With optional pods it also works as a 100 Mpoints/s pattern generator. It has a DB-25 port and is connected with a parallel to USB adapter.
See Link Instruments LA-5580/Info for more details (such as lsusb -vvv output) about the device and its adapter.
