The GW Instek GDM-9060 is a 6.5 digits (1200000 counts) with 0.0075% DCV accuracy bench digital multimeter with LAN, USB and RS232 connectivity. GPIB option is available as user installable module.
GDM-9061 is a 0.0035% accuracy version of this same meter.
