The Siemens B1026 is a 21000 counts, CAT II (600 V) handheld digital multimeter with optional RS232 connectivity.
See Norma DM950 for further information on all models of the series, including RS232 interface. The RS232 interface requires an internal interface board (below the 5 holes in the back of the case) and a special cable and adaptor. Depending on the model, they came with the device or were available as accessory Interface B9102, 7KB9102-8DD.
