The Tektronix TDS2000B series are 2-4 channel oscilloscopes with 1-2GSa/s sampling rate, analog bandwidth of 60-200MHz and USB connectivity (optionally GPIB via the TEK-USB-488 adapter).

Protocol
The device uses USBTMC and a SCPI command set documented by the vendor. It shares the SCPI commands with a large number of other similar Tektronix scopes from the turn of the millenium until the late 2010's
