Screenshot of "Settings" window displaying the display issue

The "Settings" window opened by the wrench and screwdriver icon next to the "Run" button does not display correctly on High-DPI displays.

The icons on the left column are stretched and partially covered. The text is also partially covered. There is no way to resize the column to make things fit properly.

I can reproduce this in KDE5 by doing the following:

1. Open "System Settings" and navigate to "Fonts->Fonts"
2. Find the "Force fonts DPI" setting, enable the checkbox and change to something like 163 or higher.
3. Log out.
4. Log back in.
5. Start pulseview and launch the "Settings" window.

With #1095 fixed, this should be fixed as well. Can you confirm?
