There should be a toolbar button that allows the user to show/hide all auto-generated marker items on the ruler. Currently that's only trigger markers but we'll eventually have more anyway.

Also, assign this to a hotkey, e.g. 'm'.

Makes sense to implement this after the marker infrastructure has been reworked, pushing to 0.6.0.
