Nightly build downloaded on Nov 3 2021 results in a blank dialog box, spinning activity wheel and the application is reported as "not responding" by Force Quit.  Application hangs indefinitely with no further behavior from the GUI other than the blank dialog/status box.  

Pulseview 0.4.2 runs as expected.
