I have bough a Saleae clone, called Zaleae Logic 16. It is very similar to the 2018 hardware variant mentioned in https://sigrok.org/wiki/Mcupro_Logic16_clone. I have followed the instructions at the bottom of the page in order to get the device firmware in the corresponding folder. I cannot connect to it under both Windows and Linux, using the latest nightly build. The log says: sr: saleae-logic16: Failed to init device. sr: saleae-logic16: Failed to init device. sr: saleae-logic16: Failed to init device. sr: saleae-logic16: Device failed to renumerate. Notifying user of session error: "generic/unspecified error" sr: log: libsigrok loglevel set to 4. srd: libsigrokdecode loglevel set to 4. sr: log: libsigrok loglevel set to 5. srd: libsigrokdecode loglevel set to 5. sr: device: saleae-logic16: Opening device instance. sr: saleae-logic16: Waiting for device to reset. saleae-logic16: Failed to send EP1 command 0x7d: LIBUSB_ERROR_TIMEOUT. sr: saleae-logic16: Failed to init device. sr: saleae-logic16: Waited 32514ms. sr: saleae-logic16: Device failed to renumerate. Notifying user of session error: "generic/unspecified error" I tried three different cables and all the USB ports on my laptop. The hardware works with Saleae Logic's software. I have also tried to connect PulseView with another Saleae clone, an ancient 8-MHz 8-channel device, and it works.
