I have tried with all sorts of combinations of MSVCR100.DLL that i found on the system but in all cases i get

Same thing happens with the 10.0.3x version of the MSVCR100.DLL. I have installed the nightly 32 bit, 64 bit, also 0.4.2 (32 and 64 bit), as well as uninstalling, reinstalling both VS Runtime distributable 2010 and service pack 1, rebooting PC several times.
