PulseView doesn't save channel configuration (colors, order, labels). Also it would be nice to have previous device selected upon program start.

The latter (device selected last time) is already implemented, btw. The other stuff would be nice to have, yes.

Fixed as of 3a21afa6a5dfc06c17f127960bb0038fd322f213, except for the signal order. That'll come later, though, and is rather minor, so I'm closing this bug.
