How to reproduce:

 - Start PV, import misc/trace32_demo/lauterbach_trace32_iprobe.ad; in the settings enable every single checkbox.
 - Click OK, PV will segfault.

Could be an issue in the libsigrok trace32_ad input module, but PV shouldn't segfault either way.

With all pods enabled and each pod creating 17 channels, 204 channels are created - which PV can't handle because of its 64 channel limit.
