The PD config dialogs have input fields for PD options.  Fields for numbers 
seem to swallow non-digit keys and only accept (decimal) digits.  Which does 
not allow to enter e.g. hex specs for slave addresses.

It would be nice to be able to input numbers in hex/oct format.  Though I see 
why the acceptable set of input characters might be limited, free form input 
may complicate or delay validation.  The extension might be more involved than 
what's apparent at first sight.
