Fixup DESTDIR usage.

Drop superfluous slash, otherwise the install directory would be e.g.

 /foo//usr/local/share/sigrok-firmware

or

 //usr/local/share/sigrok-firmware

depending on whether DESTDIR was set via "DESTDIR=/foo", or not.
