How to reproduce:

 - Remove e.g. .config/sigrok/PulseView.conf to start with fresh settings.
 - Start PulseView, load any .sr file, add any decoder.
 - Create a new view.

Expected result: The new view also shows that decoder.
Actual result: There is no decoder in the new view (only in the old one).

This works fine if you create one or more views first and *then* add a decoder. It will then appear in all currently existing views.
