How to reproduce:

1) Load any kind of .sr file
2) Use cursors to mark something, adjusting the markers until the cursor says 1ms
3) Zoom in
4) Cursor no longer says 1ms but 9xxxx or 10xxx us

Expected result:
Cursor should state precise value at any zoom level
