How to reproduce:

1. Start PV.
2. Open i2c/eeprom_24xx/atmel_at24c128/lcsoft-mini-board-fx2-init.sr.
3. Add the i2c PD, stack eeprom24xx on top of it.

There are 6 annotation rows in total, but only 4 of them are covered by the background color (instead of all of them).
