PulseView has support for input modules from libsigrok now, so in *theory* CSV and VCD import should work in git HEAD.

There may or may not be additional bugs related to certain input modules or PulseView's handling thereof (please open extra bug reports for those, if you find any), but the basic support is there so this bug can be closed.
