screenshots of the problem

The screenshots in the attached file demonstrate the problem. It shows PV displaying the 'panasonic_pan1321_init.sr' file from the sigrok-dumps repo with the 'UART' PD.

Top screenshot: Regardless of where in the 'UART: TX' row the cursor is moved, the tooltip doesn't show up.

Middle screenshot: The tooltip shows up on the 'UART: TX bits' row, however it shows data ('Start bit' in this case) that belongs to the other row.

Bottom screenshot: At this zoom level, the tooltip never shows up, even though many annotations are truncated.

Also on Qt4, the tooltips are offset about 100pixels to the left. Is this because they're supposed to be in window coordinates rather than widget coordinates?

This was fixed in c294543f8df3b3c90fa613c8198506aea68e91e7.

Seems to work OK here, but please re-open if you still experience one of the issues you mentioned in the bug report.
