The PV config dialog looks weird and inconsistent on various OSes for some unknown reasons:

 - On Windows the first two icons appear to be smaller than the third, and also left-aligned instead of centered (?)
 - On Linux the icon area has an annoying/unneeded scrollbar for some reason, probably depends on resolution or whatever.
 - On Mac it looks OK atm, though I think I remember seeing weird icon sizes there too at some point.
 - On Android the icons and their text are clipped since there seems to be no scrollbar. Also, the text and checkboxes on the right-hand side look weird, with huge spacing.

This is fixed in 03443f37bb0245f686b4178709090dbc9da0c73a, thanks!

The icons now look the same on all OSes as far as I can tell.

Android still has a bunch of issues with huge/tiny dialogs and UI elements, but those are unrelated to this issue.
