The Noname LA16 is a USB-based, 16-channel logic analyzer with up to 100MHz sampling rate.

This appears to be a clone of the Sysclk LWLA1034, at least the lsusb suggests so (reads "www.SysClk.com" and "LWLA-1034 v1.0").
