49.9 ohm resistors that give the SDG1000 series its fixed 50 ohm output impedance. They are arrange in a mixed series-parallel way, to increase power dissipation. This is on what is known as Ch1. on the Siglent model. Ch2 posseces only one ressitor because of its lower maximum output voltage.
