+ES51978 based multimeter, serial communication

+This is a set of example captures of the serial (UART) communication and
+its timings on an optical RS232 cable for the ISO-TECH IDM103N digital
+multimeter based on the Cyrustek ES51978 chip.
+
+The UART parameters are 2400 baud, with 7e1 settings.

+The logic analyzer used was an OpenBench Logic Sniffer :

+skin resistance, a few Mega Ohm.
+
