doc: update IRC reference to Libera.Chat

Left a note that the next revision has to get roundrect pads.

Totally forgot to change them... and I already ordered the boards so it
is too late for the current revision. :(

 - The previously incorrect FX2 footprint is fixed now.

 - The FX2's thermal pad is set to GND now.

 - The PCB is now 11x11mm (instead of 13x13mm).

 - The 1.27mm pin header connectors are shortened and the pinout changed.

 - The trace clearance changed from 6mil to 5mil.

 - The USB connector footprint now has two oval pads (space reasons).

 - The LED is now connected to PA1 (not PA0).

 - The schematics/layout license is changed to CC-BY-SA 4.0.

fx2grok-tiny: Fix incorrect FX2 footprint.

fx2grok-tiny: Add initial 0.2 version.

Almost identical to 0.1, only the metadata has been updated
and the 0.1 being broken warnings are removed.

fx2grok-tiny: Add warnings that version 0.1 is broken.

fx2grok-tiny: Place "values" on silkscreen but hide by default.

These can be enabled when needed to have a nice assembly helper
view in the Kicad 3D viewer.
