Rename a0_dummy_write/ to a2_dummy_write.

Replace a0_dummy_write example with a better one.

This one is also in the .sr format and has documented expected decoder
output.

rtc_epson_8564je: Fix up and document example.

The sample data was not correct, only reads were contained, but no writes.

Also, document how the decoded I2C data should look like.
