sysclk-lwla: Add LWLA1034 bitstream files.

The sigrok project received permission from SysCLK.com to
redistribute the FPGA bitstreams needed to operate the LWLA
series of logic analyzers.  See LICENSE.LWLA for the terms
of the agreement.
