libsigrokcxx: Drop Requires.private entry.

libsigrokcxx.pc has a "Requires" field listing "libsigrok" which
will cause libsigrok's "Requires.private" entries to be used/inherited
when 'pkg-config --libs --static libsigrokcxx' is used.
