backend: Add missing #ifdef for zlib

Add #ifdef statement since zlib is optional. At the moment an empty
version string is used when zlib is not available:

backend: Libs: glib 2.72.4 (rt: 2.72.4/7204:4), zlib , libzip 1.7.3,
