Hi, please retry this with the latest sigrok-cli installer for Windows (and with "-l 5"). I can't reproduce this specific error, but unfortunately we're currently hitting bug #1092 instead (we'll have to look into that). Bug #1092 is also happening on Linux, so not Windows-specific. You mentioned "lib-usb 1.2.6", which is weird. The log clearly says that it's linked against libusb-1.0 1.0.20.11003-rc3 (which is correct). Btw, you have to set the driver to "WinUSB" via Zadig, any other values there are incorrect.
