This bug occurs when more than more than one protocol decoders are used.
If you zoom into a section where the upper protocol decoder does not display all its annotation rows and drag a bit, these rows won't get rendered, as expected.
If you now, without dragging, zoom out again, the annotation rows will overlap and one is thus not able to read the output of the upper protocol decoder.
It seems than the rows get only enables/disabled when using drag and not zoom.
