1) The user should be able to create/delete device presets for a chosen device

2) The user should be able to select one of the presets as the default to be used for new sessions with that device

3) When closing a session with a device that has no presets, PV shall create a "last used config" preset using the currently used device config

4) When opening a device and there is no default preset defined, PV shall use the "last used config" preset if it exists
