As mentioned by crazy_imp on IRC a while ago, the following crashes:

  $ sigrok-cli -d demo -O csv --samples 1000

It looks like an issue in the csv output module, but maybe it's also related to other parts of the code, didn't check.

This bug renders the CSV output completely unfunctional, elevating this bug to blocker status.
