* The usbtest driver is removed and blacklisted blacklisted
* The device is shown in lsusb
* I set up a sampling session for 16ch/1M samples/1MHz
* This error is emitted:
sr: fx2lafw: Device failed to renumerate.

The attached log of the failed session captured with this command:

Before the scan, the device appears as this in lsusb.

Bus 002 Device 053: ID 04b4:8613 Cypress Semiconductor Corp. CY7C68013 EZ-USB FX2 USB 2.0 Development Kit

After PulseView starts (calling scan), the device disappears from lsusb completely.

Works with latest fx2lafw firmware.
