First Run on Virgin System

Pulseview often has problems finding CWAV device, settles on demo device.
If it has demo device, then clicking on f(x) icon causes pulseview to quit suddenly on OSX High Sierra 10.13.6

If you run with a found device and manage load a .sr file, then on subsequent runs PulseView will NOT crash even if a demo device is chosen.  So subsequent runs, the issue is not found.

If you have run a previous version of PulseView, then when trying to load (or save) a .sr file, the app bundle that is opened is the app bundle of the previously executed PulseView.  (I have a "Pulseview.older.app" bundle because, well, crashes.

Also, Suggestion: Add RS232 as a synonym for UART in the search for decoders.
