The session setup can be saved and restored in the Session Setup. This setup does not include
- the sample rate
- the max. sample count
- the pre-trigger capture ratio

Each time PulseView is started these settings must be tuned for a successful capture. If e.g. the pre-trigger is zero and you capture a SPI bus without CS, the decoder is always out-of-sync. 

It would be helpful if either
- the Session Setup also includes the settings (rate, count, pre-trigger)
- PulseView starts with the last set of these values.

Is this a duplicate of bug 538, if not how does it differ from that issue?
