It should be possible to specify a time offset for the vertical mouse cursor for each view.

It should be possible to specify a reference time item (and offset) for a time item. That way, changing the reference time item should update the affected time item. The reference time item can be located in another view, too.

That way, the user can e.g. define a range in the main view and a range in a subview, keeping them in sync.
