The ols driver no longer uses FDs directly since 264c99eda2084659492c18e0e7d0e662319053d9, so this bug can probably be closed.

The respective configure.ac check was removed in 3982b93840d99c9176185b0054f9dec70f776395.

(it's untested whether it actually does work on Windows yet, though)
